Processing (presser) machine squeezing
liquid from bags of ground cassava, later to be dried.
The dried ground Cassava is known as "Garri."
Garri is similar in texture to grits.
Add cold water to garri to drink it
(tastes great with peanuts).
It may also be eaten with soup as "fufu"
when mixed with hot water.

cultivated palm trees
This is a picture of farmland in a village close to the city of Enugu, in Enugu State.
We have a lot of palm trees in Igboland. Palm trees provide palm wine, palm oil, kernels, and so many other useful things.
